We’re currently looking for an ambitious sales and marketing person to join our team.
The role is for both online and offline sales marketing, and includes using the web / social networks to build up relationships with current and potential clients. Responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining a customer database
Generate and qualify leads
Source and develop client referrals
Sales action plans and schedules
Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
Make sales calls to new and existing clients
Develop and make presentations of company services to current and potential clients
Negotiate with clients
Develop sales proposals
Maintain sales activity records and reports
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
Follow up on sales activity
Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
Quality checks on service delivery
Develop and conduct market research and surveys
Participate in sales events
We expect that you would have the following skills and interests:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• The ability to work on multiple projects at one time
• The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong IT skills

• A passion for meeting our client’s needs and for turning opportunities into projects.
We’re very flexible in terms of how best you could complete this part-time role: 2 full days a week, 3 hours each day, or somewhere in between. We’re based in Shoreditch, London but we also like the flexibility of working from home or elsewhere. You will be provided with a laptop and mobile to help you perform your role.
Ideally you would have 6-12 months experience in sales and marketing, either traditional or online. Any appropriate qualifications will strengthen your application, but a track-record and/or aptitude/attitude is in our opinion, more important.
